Responsibilities:
· Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
· Responsible for all import and export of products and samples. This includes correspondence with the shipper to ensure customer orders are processed on time.
· Sit as Head of safety committee and responsible for all office’s maintenance affairs.
· Responsible for initiating purchase orders and initial bookkeeping including payments to suppliers, invoice management and communications with outsourced accounting company.
· Responsible for documentation of all employees’ hours and verifying that all records needed are provided for ensuring employee monthly compensation.
· A focal point for safety procedures including evacuation and or treatment of disastrous situations.
· Organize and schedule company meetings.
· Partner with HR Manager to maintain office policies as necessary, define company activities and ensure continues welfare activities.
· Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Coordinating domestic and international traveling, including flight, hotel, Congresses, and others.
· Support GM daily activities as needed.
· Liaise with Financial Manger to track down suppliers and vendors payment.
Requirements:
· 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the Hitech-Biomed industry.
· Relevant BA degree.
· Good vibes and start-up spirit – mandatory
· Team player and service-oriented person.
· Excellent communication skills- working cooperatively with employees and management.
· Multitasker with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment – mandatory
· Creativity and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in MS Office. Priority- a big advantage.
· Fluent in English. Verbal and writing
