• Coordinate travels for all the company’s employees
• Supporting executives with personal assistance requests
• Greeting guests that come to our office
• In charge of meeting rooms, cafeteria, cleaning (including managing 1 inside and 1 external maintenance employees)
• Managing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and leased cars agreements
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires and managing employee basic office needs (e.g. stationery, office supplies and travel arrangements)
• Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services as needed
• Planning in-house and off-site welfare activities, such as parties, celebrations and conferences
Position Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in an Office Manager role within startups / high-tech organizations
• Experience with office administrative responsibilities, systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
