תיאור המשרה

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Office Manager for our Ness-Ziona office!
The position includes responsibility over the following aspects:

Office maintenance & support
o Service to the company’s employees: kitchen and refreshment, travels abroad, visa documents, IT focal point, courier services (inside and outside Israel), purchasing management, parking arrangements, post office, business cards, large group meeting/conference calls, etc.
o Service to external guests (visitors, candidates etc.)
o Managing vendors - Coordinating all technicians and repairing service providers (air condition, coffee machine, water filtering system, etc.)

HR administration (global responsibility)
o Scheduling interviews
o Managing new employees on-board processes
o Planning and executing recreation activities – company events, holiday events, personal events

Finance administration
o Time attendance reports
o Cibus reports
o Other relevant salary data

Requirements:
- Full time position plus availability to work with North America time zone
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- A willingness to serve and a positive attitude
- Awareness to small details
- Multi-tasking
- Previous administrative experience
