Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders
· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management, including keep up to date with all covid mandates and
schedule tests & paperwork as required, plan hotel and dinner reservations.
· Maintains calendars for senior management.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence %28e-mail, letters, packages etc.%29
· Support the operations
department with regards to shipments and working with FedEx, DHL, etc. Cross functional assistant with issuing POs in the system.
· Welfare duties include 10BIS Card maintenance, Purchasing holiday gifts for employees.
· Greet visitors at office
· Responsible for cell phones in the company and act as a liaison personin front of the provider
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements %28Relevant Education/ Languages, Skills%29
· At least 5 years’ proven administrative experience.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Impeccable fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in Hebrew.
· Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
· Solid interpersonal skills, “Can-do” attitude
· High school diploma or equivalent
