תיאור המשרה

 The administration and HR assistant’s role is to provide office and reception services as well as support the HR team in various HR tasks. This is a full time position, Work hours: 9 hours per day- 08:30-17:30 or 09:30-18:30 and requires flexibility.
 
What you'll be doing
 
Full responsibility over the Reception desk
Own all supply orders process – Kitchen and office
Provide support of purchasing processes
Administrative support and office services for employees
Provide administrative services such as typing, scanning, meetings coordination (calendar schedules, refreshments, etc.)
Help coordinate events such as fun days, company parties, happy hours etc

Experience in an administrative position, from a hi-tech company - advantage
Experience with Office tools (gmail,Outlook, Word, Excel) – mandatory
Very good English level (both verbal and written)
Service oriented, organized
Team player
Motivated
Scheduling meetings, calls and other engagement for senior management
