תיאור המשרה | Job Description
We are seeking an ODM Product Manager with a strong engineering background (Wireless
experience is a strong plus). As an ODM PM, you will translate requirements from the market, sales team and key
customers into definitions for our ODM partners to create the best innovative products with minimal time to market.
The purpose of this position is to lead, define and refine product requirements and to act as product champion
throughout the life cycle of the product.
Job Responsibilities
• Cultivate and Manage relationship with partners such as OEM and ODM vendors.
• Aggregate and translate market and sales requirements to a clear product definition, supported by clear
business potential.
• Develop a product lifecycle plan, from inception to End of Life.
• Work closely with HW and SW design teams, as well as Supply Chain and Management to design a stellar FirstTime-Right product.
• Develop and track the plan of record, the product roadmap, and presentations to senior management on the
status and tradeoffs necessary during the new product development process.
• Support the industry marketing and product designers in opportunity assessment, market, pricing, workflow and
competitive analysis, multi-year product plans, product designs, and product requirement documents.
• Develop training materials for both technical and non-technical sales channels.
• Participate in sales opportunities as needed, including shows and events.
• Coordinate efforts with other team members concerning pricing, positioning, messaging, marketing strategies &
programs, public relations, product collateral, advertising, field support, and direct marketing.
Applicant Requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication, in both Hebrew and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• 3-5 years of product management experience (Wireless experience is a strong plus).
• Proven record of successful cooperation with OEMs and ODMs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end processes.
• Strong R&D background in Hardware Design and Development (management experience is a plus).
• Ability to facilitate decision making under high-pressure situations.
• Extreme natural curiosity with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
