תיאור המשרה

Responsibilities:
•Establishing NOC procedures and processes
•Create, implement and maintain NOC protocols and knowledge base
•Improve monitoring service quality by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes
•Prioritize and identify root causes of production issues, coordinating operations and engineering teams
•Interface with various Departments, R&D and Customer Support groups to address product issues in complex environments
•Maintain good internal and external customer communication, provide high level of support and minimize escalations to R&D
•Perform and manage NOC daily routines
•Work in irregular hours (on call duty)

Qualifications:
•2-4 years' experience in Network Operations Center – A must
•1-2 years of management experience – A must
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – A must
•Strong understanding of web and web-related technologies and Client/Server applications – An advantage
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or similar) – An advantage
•Development capabilities – An advantage
•Technical experience with complex products and knowledge with Microsoft technologies
Previous experience in establishing, restricting, or growing NOC environment
•Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
•Service oriented
