Test SW functions and coordinate SW releases, including the content of the SW on a routine basis
Support customers and residents with technical issues.
Installation of the company equipment at customer sites, frequent flights.
Setting and creating new processes that will help managing customer tickets, requests, and general processes to improve the work.
Requirements:
Experience working in networking, including knowledge in TCP/IP, operation systems, etc – Must
English – high level both speaking and writing – Must
Willing to work in a customer-facing environment.
Experience working with Electrical equipment – Advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment.
