Description: The core team is responsible of the heart of the system providing APIs for the web-based environment which is integrated on our customer's web sites. The team also integrate with third-party services to provide shipping, payments & risk management capabilities. The core team develops infrastructures required for all operations. From web-based back office applications, to integrating with logistics hardware, and much more. Requirements: § At least 4 years experience managing development teams § Strong leader and yet also a people person. § Proven experience managing agile teams, managing development lifecycle using Jira/ TFS/equivalent. § Experience managing offshore development teams - big advantage § Proven experience leading full stack developers. § Russian/Ukraine native speaker – advantage § Position requires occasional visits of offshore site Position requires hands on developing full stack .Net WEB application (above 50% hands-on). Hands-on Skills § Proven experience developing end to end web applications with Asp.net/Asp.net MVC (C#, framework 4.5 and above) – at least 5 years o C#.Net Server side development o Client side development: JavaScript/AJAX/ HTML/CSS/JSON o Knowledge in React/Angular/ backbone – advantage § Experience working with micro-services - advantage § Experience implementing design patterns § Experience working with relational databases, preferably MSSQL. § Experience integrating deployment tools (MS Build, bit bucket etc.) - Advantage § Experience with unit testing frameworks (client and server side) – advantage § Experience with performance tuning and analysis (winDbg, Ants, perfmon, counters etc.) – advantage § Experience working with Couchbase, RabbitMQ – Advantage § Experience working with Amazon cloud – advantage |
