Requirements:
Ph.D. candidates or graduates in natural sciences or engineering
Experience of 5+ years with parallel application development: MPI / OpenMP
Proficiency in one or more low-level programming language: C / C++ / Fortran
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following fields:
Math libraries and acceleration (e.g. ScaLAPACK)
Meteorology and Weather Modeling (e.g. WRF)
Computational fluid dynamics (e.g. OpenFoam)
Finite element dynamic analysis (e.g. LS-Dyna)
Molecular Dynamics (e.g. LAMMPS)
Biology and Bioinformatics (e.g. mpiBLAST)
Advantage:
Experience with performance analysis and optimization of MPI applications
Experience with profiling tools (IPM, perf, Vampir)
Experience with Math libraries and different platforms (x86, Arm, Power)
