Responsibilities:
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers on the team to prioritize, plan and schedule work.
• Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager.
• Facilitate continuous learning and improvement for the team and its members.
• Plan and lead technical initiatives which will boost the team’s productivity.

About You:
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, setting goals and crafting plans to achieve them.
• 5-8 years of object-oriented software development experience
• An intimate knowledge of the iOS/Android ecosystem and community
• Strong background in building products that can scale. Please include links to apps/libraries you’ve created.
• Strong app backend skills (e.g. Network layers, multithreading, database and overall performance optimizations).
