תיאור המשרה | End to end management of all mechanical discipline and deliveries in a company developing mechanic-centered products, using advanced and various mechanical engineering disciplines.
· Professional and administrational management of a group of 4-6 engineers
· Field of development: motion, automation, liquid systems, heating systems, micro-mechanics, electronic packaging and more
· Timeline definition, monitoring and management in alignment with global projects and R&D timelines
· Lead all technical aspects: mentoring of engineers, interface with other disciplines, technical and design decision making
· Define and instill mechanical design methodology: DRs, design rules, CAD infrastructures, brainstorming meetings, testing and validation within the Mechanical group
· Define and instill DFX methodology
· Review and ensure up-to-date, professional mechanical work on a regular basis
· Create a dynamic environment of fast problem solving and team work within the organization
· B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from a leading university (M. Sc. an advantage)
· ~5 years of experience as a mechanics manager of a medium size groups in multi-disciplinary Capital Equipment companies
· Experience in Digital Printing – an advantage
· Proven decision-making skills in complex and uncertain environment – a must
· Proven leadership (technical and managerial) – a must
· Excellent teamwork and ability to activate people in matrix environment – a must
· Excellent communication skills (brainstorming, DRs,….)
· Problem Solver and result orientation – a must
