Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all event administration, logistics and budget
• Organize company events like sales conferences, customer & partner off-site events
• Maintain lead database on marketing automation tools (Pardot)
• Plan and arrange webinars
• Manage department administration: financial, collateral inventory and print productions
• Handle special projects as assigned to

Experience
• Relevant industry knowledge and experience within the high tech sector
• Strong track record and a minimum 2 year-experience in the global event management field
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot)

Key Competencies
• Ability to ‘get things done’
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English mother tongue, Hebrew
• Organization and planning skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
• Work independently
