Our new load performance engineer will be a focal point in its field, by establishing load environments which would be integrated to our Automation environment and CI-CD.
Responsibilities:
• Developing, designing, debugging and executing load and stress tests on our client and server components.
• Execute performance tests in Server Clustering, High-Availability, Load-Balancing architectures Generation and analysis of System's performance metrics, identification of hot spots, bottlenecks, tuning parameters.
• Define load benchmarks.
• Create and present dashboards and reports, analysis results and recommendations.
• Working with tools like Jmeter, LoadRunner, REST Client, defect tracking tool, etc.

• Working closely with DevOps, DBA and Dev' teams for performance improvement.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with building infrastructure for Load/Performance testing from scratch – designing framework / setting up a test lab.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Load Performance engineer in web applications (both client and server side).
• At least 2 years of experience with Load and performance tools and frameworks such as LoadRunner / JMeter / etc.
• Experience with Databases.
• Experience with CI-CD methodologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and processes.
• Experience with Linux – huge advantage
• Relevant academic degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent – advantage.
• Experience with Windows platforms (both Client and Server) – advantage
• Experience with SCM tools like SVN and Git – advantage
• At least 1 year of Automation Infrastructure – advantage.
• Experience with common scripting languages like Python, bash, Applescript – advantage
• Web technologies knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScipt) – advantage
• Good verbal and written English
