A leading provider of services and platforms to the online lottery industry is looking for a CRM Marketing & Operations Specialist to join our retention team.
Your job will be to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize creative CRM activities and promotions with the goal of increasing customers’ lifetime value and revenue and reducing churn.
This is a full-time entry level position and a great opportunity to learn and grow for anyone interested in this field.
Main Responsibilities
• Plan and execute retention strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay aligned with the retention / monetization KPIs targets.
• Execute retention and monetization campaign through various channels (email/push/ banner/pop ups), platforms (web, mobile web and apps ) and various tools (in-house and 3rd party)
• Manage the day-to-day operation of our different retention activities to create a successful customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze all activities and their main KPIs.
• Lead cross departmental projects involving designers, copywriters, product and R&D specialists.
Key Requirements
• 1+ years’ experience in a CRM / online marketing position focused on customer retention
• HTML knowledge
• Familiarity with CRM and retention tools (in-house & 3rd party) / methods
• Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasker with focus on details
• Ability to take full ownership of projects
• Creative thinker
• Great with numbers, and data analysis
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
