We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (reporting to the Senior VP of Product) to lead a core product area and take the user experience to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with senior executives to drive towards our business goals. You will help define the product strategy and roadmap, expand the feature set, improve current workflows, and redesign the mobile and web applications. Drive product strategy and execution for key product areas, clearly articulating the rationale behind decisions.
Help shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Inspire and lead a cross-functional team of designers and engineers to build the best experience for our customers.
Deeply understand the perspectives and pain points of homeowners and residents, and use them to inform product direction.
Work closely with cross-functional partners and senior execs (across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, operations, and sales) to drive growth and monetization and improve efficiency.
Define and measure success metrics for the product. Leverage customer insights, behavior data, and customer feedback to inform key product decisions.
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience working on high-growth consumer products.
Track record of developing new, high-impact consumer experiences that change people’s lives and create impact on business metrics.
Strong product and design sense along with the ability to advocate for what’s best for user experience.
Deep customer empathy and experience building products based on customer needs.
Experience analyzing and using data (including A/B tests) to inform product decisions and drive business metrics.
Experience managing consumer products across desktop web, mobile web, and mobile apps.
Experience conducting user interviews and research to better understand customer needs, and synthesizing that data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to present and articulate the reasoning for product decisions to stakeholders and work through implementation details with design and engineering teams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across time zones.
Nice to haves:
2+ years of experience managing other product managers.
Experience coaching and mentoring product managers and designers.
Prior engineering, design, or user research experience is a plus.
