Job Description –
This person will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.
REQUIREMENTS :
1-2 years experience in similar positions
Provide support to all users globally via the IT Help-desk (Jira Service Desk)
Ensure a thorough understanding of user requirements and needs
Provide application support such as Google G-suite, Microsoft Office, VPN, Web Browsers, Adobe Creative Cloud, and many others
Give support to the org teams with wired and wireless networks
Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Servers)
IT backend environment understanding (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active directory)
Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure (Lan / Wan, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
FW Knowledge (Fortigate) – an advantage
Switches Knowledge – an advantage
Virtualization – VMware – an advantage
Fluent Hebrew & English
Service-oriented with a can-do attitude
Willingness to work outside work hours
