Java Team Leader

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Development team leader – A Must
• 6+ years of experience in Software development (in JAVA/ J2EE and SQL development)- A Must
• At least one year experience in SCRUM
• Good leadership skills mentor, oversee and lead team members
• Excellent software architecture and design skills
• Experience with relational (RDBMS) and non-relational DBs (NOSQL)
• Experience with Linux
• Deep knowledge of the following frameworks: Hibernate, and Spring
• Experience with web service protocols (REST, JSON).
• Strong problem solving skills, good communication skills
• Self-motivate
