Tasks :
1) Recurring tasks includes:
– Maintenance of server room when issues are diagnosed by central IT.
– Solving local networking problems when they occur.
– Regular maintenance and support of laptops and PCs.
2) Tech support for employees: supporting IT issues as needed by employees.
– Standard support of IT issues in hardware or software.
3)New employee’s onboarding: prepare workstation, onboarding
4) Recurring communication with central IT:
– Local representative will be required to attend some of the meetings with central corporate IT.
– Meetings will be coordinated in advance with proper notice.
5) Support of site non-IT infrastructure
– Coordinate and supervise suppliers in maintenance and support of the following: alarm system, telephony, video conferencing system, etc.
– All procurement and compliance related to these systems is out of scope and will be handled by company representative.
6) Provisioning and access control:
– Order Software, configuration and local admin rights using internal procurement and access management system.
– Shared folders permissions configuration and management.
– The company will provide proper training for usage of the company’s management system.
7) Procurement:
– Work directly with IT suppliers and service vendors to specify and receive price quotes, etc…
– Actual selection of suppliers will be done internally.
– Support specific projects related to IT as they occur and within the scope of hours defined in the contract.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk position or similar IT support position.
Experience working with providers and suppliers in procurement and support processes.
Excellent IT skills with an understanding of the technical fundamentals of networking.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent ability of install, administer and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and networks.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good Hebrew and English.
Availability:
Weekly availability
Two half days onsite (located in Tel-Aviv)
Availability hours will be defined on a Monthly basis.
Remote availability mandates access to Company provisioned computer.
