The company is seeking IT system administrator to join the IT group, reporting to the IT manager. We are looking for a responsible person, independent learner, rapidly adapting to changes.
Responsibilities include:
· Be part of our IT support for all company’s worldwide employees.
· Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
· Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, network equipment, and Firewall.
· Leading and management of on-going IT projects.
· Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software for all the company worldwide employees.
· Prepare and install new employees’ computers.
· Maintain & troubleshoot network equipment – Switch, Router, FW
Position Requirements:
· 5 years of hands-on experience with help desk support
· Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade Microsoft based OS %28Win + Server%29
· Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade Linux
· Hands-On experience with on-prem Hybrid Active Directory environment – GPO, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, Print Server
· Hands-On experience with networking %28Fortinet%29
· Hands-On Experience with Microsoft 365 administration – AAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
· Team player.
· MUST have excellent English skills.
