תיאור המשרה

Responsibilities:
    • Respond to and troubleshoot IT support requests related to desktop applications, computer hardware, mobile devices, network connectivity, printers, and
    • user access;
    •  Install, image, configure, upgrade, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices and peripherals;
    •  Install and maintain more than 500 Microsoft & LINUX servers
    •  Daily monitoring of the servers & desktop management software event logs to ensure updates and security patches are installed on personal computers;
 
 
Mandatory Requirements:
    • Experience in IT help desk support environment;
    • Vast experience with ESX/VM/NetApp enviroment- Must !!
    • Vast Networking: ability to manage VLANs, monitor traffic, and WI-FI system
    • Vast experience with Office 365
    • Manage Global Backup system (commvault)
    • Strong knowledge and experience in MS OS, Active Directory, WSUS, and SCCM
    • Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and the ability to communicate well in a timely manner with employees at all levels
    • Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite and Microsoft OS
    • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and prioritize tasks to meet numerous deadlines in a fast paced environment;
    • Team player, self-starter and faster learner
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
