תיאור המשרה

• IT Specialist provides user support, system administration, and network administration for about 200 users in Israel. It is an individual contributor position and reports to IT Manager
• Provide IT helpdesk support services including laptops and desktops running Windows, and Linux as well as other user devices such as smartphones and tablets
• Install, setup, maintain, and support servers running Windows and Linux
• Install, setup, maintain, and support network and related equipment
• Maintain computer rooms, labs, and related equipment
• Implement and execute procedures in compliance to global IT policies
• Lead or participate in global IT projects, e.g. ITIL, virtualization, cloud, etc.
Required Job Skills:
• Strong working knowledge and experience in providing helpdesk support (PC and Mac) to users in-person and over phone
• Strong working knowledge in maintaining data center, computer room, or lab
• Strong working experience in VOIP, Virtualization (VMware), cloud services and IT monitoring systems, etc.
• Strong desire to learn and to progress in IT field
• A good team player who can also work independently
• Strong verbal and written English, able to communicate effectively across time zones and geographies, including afterhours conferences and technical sessions
• Service orientation personality with pleasant, good interpersonal skills
• Able to work with users in different levels across multiple countries and establish effective working relationship
• Good self-learning ability and ability to prioritize planned and unplanned tasks
Advantages:
• Eager to learn and have can-do attitude
• Knowledge and experience in video equipment and digital video head end is a plus
Years of Direct Experience Required:
• 5 to 7 years

Educational Requirements:
• Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar degree - an advantage
