What will YOU do?
•Respond to critical incoming IT cases of internal developer through all other departments
•Head problem resolution, analyze, troubleshoot and escalate to IT department
•Be in contact with NOC and Proactively notify stakeholders on ETA to resolve major issues
•Lead problem resolution and work with all teams to permanently fix issues
•contributions to central escalation knowledgebase
•In charge of IT change management process Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in IT
•Strong Linux skills-Must
•2+ years working with software developers
•Basic project management skills Preferred Qualifications: Past experience as an IT Escalation engineer or an IT system administrator Project management experience BA in computer science or industrial engineering
