· Lead and support integration activities across teams, support deployments of Unified
Communications and Collaboration solution.
· Evaluates existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs.
· Coordinate field activities including system installation, collect bugs, analyze logs, reproduce issues
· Work closely with R&D team in Agile environment on daily basis.
Job Requirements:
· Experience in integration or quality assurance or customer support for at least 2 years.
· Software engineering abilities.
· Experience with logs and bugs analyze.
· Advantage for WebRTC or video communication solutions.
· Advantage for experience in mobile application.
· Familiar with Agile process and Continuous Integration.
· Self-Learner.
· Good communication skills and excellent team work capabilities.
