Responsibilities
Lab Supervisor: responsible for all the equipment and activity in the lab including test equipment and products
Perform hardware tests on high speed cards. Design validation tests including environmental and certification tests at external labs
Supervising board manufacturing and acceptance test process
Write technical documents such as DVT reports, ATP documents, installation guides, etc.
Support development team
Hardware installations of servers
Fix failed cards (soldering)
Design custom test equipment
Desired Skills and Experience
Practical Electrical Engineer
Experience in similar jobs – test, measurement and debug of electronic cards
Experience with electrical test equipment (scope, etc.)
Soldering capability – advantage
Programming skills – advantage
Highly motivated and self-driving
Excellent interpersonal capabilities
