תיאור המשרה | Responsibilities
• Provide high quality HR service and support business goals with a primary focus on recruitment, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, HR systems, legal issues, and organizational change activities
• Work with management on employee relation issues, conflict resolution and company policy while ensuring consistency throughout the organization
• Work with managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Individual and Organizational Development Plans for their teams
• Research, identify and address organizational effectiveness issues
• Actively participate in local, regional and ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
• Help drive and improve our companywide culture and communication through appropriate mediums
• Develop programs to increase employee satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and our hiring managers, to manage an effective full cycle recruitment & selection process in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Create and implement new and unique candidate generation strategies focusing on technical roles for both passive and active candidates from the local and international labor market
• Provide candidates with an exceptional recruitment experience
• Identify key recruitment metrics, provide recruitment reporting, able to proactively identify and manage trends
• Be an expert advisor within the resourcing field in terms of employer branding, vendor relationship, campus relationship

Requirements
• College / University degree
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
• High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong consulting and coaching skills
• Ability to identify, support or drive change, challenge the status quo, working closely with leadership team to build an organization through best practices
• 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting in a similar environment (Software Engineering)
• Proven experience developing and implementing tailored, unique strategic recruiting strategies
• Passion about hiring and technology
• Ability to communicate effectively and to represent Our Networks with professionalism, diligence and an infectious enthusiasm
• Ability to identify talent and match to the needs and culture of an organization
• Sense of humor, positive attitude, eager to learn and grow
