End to end responsibilities of all HR procedures and processes in the division. Leading and implementing global HR process such as: yearly review process, yearly training and OD need assessment, organizational communications, leadership development plan, etc.
Consulting and coaching of team managers and department managers, developing and leading OD interventions and workshops.
Recruitment manager for the division: defining recruiting strategy, recruiting process and tools. Defining profiles with managers, screening candidates, promoting recruitment processes in order to meet recruitment goals.
Involvement in organizational recruitment activities such as: recruitment fairs, academic relations, mass recruitments, etc.
Diagnosis of candidates: developing and leading assessment centers and group simulations, in-depth interviews, analysis of psychological and psychometric tests.
Reception of new employees and managers, sensing and keep in touch with division’s employees- support in HR and personnel issues, conducting leaving & periodical interviews, etc.
Involvement in organizational and divisional training, following training, developing and certification plans of the division employees.
3 years of experience in consulting and coaching managers, consultative approach. At least 2 years of it - in a similar internal position (within an organization) - a must.
2 years experience in occupational screening and diagnosing, including in-depth interviews and/or group simulations- a must. Experience from a diagnostic firm - a plus.
