What will you do?
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit; Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
• You will handle the new hire administration according to HR policies & procedures including completion of on-boarding trainings.
• Partnering with hiring managers and multiple internal and external interfaces
• You will manage aspects of the HR System- Workday; Enter new employees / exit leaving employees, employees transfer between the teams, employee’s promotion in the system, Org.chart changes in the system, verity of reports etc.
• You will be in charge of finding the best candidate by social networks search; LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
• CV filters in the recruitment system & summoning candidates for interviews.
• Providing support for employees in verity of HR aspects.
What are we looking for?
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in social networks sourcing- LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
• Solid experience with Workday system- Advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Thoroughness and ability to get to details
