Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operational aspects of HR life cycle events
Work closely with hiring managers, and become their trusted recruitment partner & lead the recruitment process from A-Z
(technology positions as well)
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks in performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Location: Herzliya + hybrid
Requirements:
3 years experience in various HR fields and specific in recruitment – must
B.A in a relevant field – must
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
high Communication skills, in both Hebrew and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent, self-learner, initiative, creative thinker.
Excellent in managing activity in social media (LinkedIn & Facebook)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP), familiarity with recruitment software
