What will your days with us look like?
Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, structuring of compensation packages, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns to ensure the recruitment of top-notch candidates for all our positions.
Structure and lead the company’s HR processes and annual agenda, such as performance assessments, annual reviews, wellbeing budget,
Serve as the key HR authority of the company, working closely with executive management and supporting team leaders in day-to-day
managerial challenges.
Initiate and supervise all wellbeing activities, including team-building activities, company events and gifts, and much more.
Manage and mentor the office manager to ensure an efficient and pleasant working environment.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc special projects, as needed.
Key requirements:
At least 3 years of hands-on tech recruiting experience – must
Experience in managing HR in a small/medium Hi-tech company– must
possess excellent verbal/written communication skills in both Hebrew and English – must
Excellent time management skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Knowledgeable about Labor Laws and understanding of HR policies
Ability to thrive in a super dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
A desire to work across teams with a positive, proactive, and helpful attitude.
Previous management experience – advantage
