Excute onboarding process in collaboration with HR operations and Talent acquisition Lead Contractor onbaording working closely with the relevant function Admin and hiring managers Manage & control Site Contractors Job description / Org. Structure / CML allocations/ internal lists to be aligned to site processes regulations Training :
Lead EHS training plan & execute to meet EHS goals. Execute yearly training plan according to plan, Work closely with EHS training leader on training plan & records (in training tracker) Employee Wellbeing:
Execute welfare activities according to yearly plan Follow up & control training staffing and welfare site budget OTHER Site Admin activities :
Allocate invoices to different site budget in accordance with functions Manage the reception` Interns
Qualification :
Academic degree in social sciences Experience working in Hi Tech companies / manpower companies at least 2 years Customer Service orientation!!! Discrete and high integrity Proven experience driving projects to completion – specially welfare events Commitment and organized driven Computer literacy & Internet savvy Organization skills- ability to operate with confidence in fast paced environment High achievement drive Effective written and verbal communication skills (English) Flexible – able to react to changing conditions / needs Positive and outgoing approach Relationship Builder Track record of using a full range of sourcing techniques Negotiation and Influencing skills Experience of using staffing systems
