Main responsibilities include:
Providing end-users hardware and software support as 1st tier troubleshoots as needed face="Times New Roman">.
Managing user creation and assignment of rights. Install and configure operating systems
Ensure that service levels are achieved
Technical knowledge with field experience:
Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Outlook, Skype for business, Office 365, SharePoint, Terminal Server, antivirus, patch management, OS distributions, IT purchasing, security orientation face="Times New Roman">.
 
Skills:
•           Customer service oriented
•           Ability to understand business needs and priorities face="Times New Roman">.
•           Work well under pressure
