• High level of English
• At least three years’ experience delivering hands-on technical support in a helpdesk environment
• Service oriented able to address customer pains while suggesting alternative solutions when appropriate (come in with a “rosh gadol” attitude)
• ·Global employment experience big advantage
• Certified PC technician
• · Microsoft certification a plus
• In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware, laptops, and peripherals
• Able to identify, repair, replace and reinstall new components
• Familiar with standard anti-virus solutions
• ·Able to identify and address both software and hardware issues
• Experience in leading projects / people – an advantage
