We need tech support candidate to receive tier 3 multiple trouble tickets from our business customers.
You will be using email, telephone and WhatsApp tools to communicate.
You will need to know some Linux and networking to debug problems, You will need to have good English.
You will need to be patience, self-confident and willing to learn by your self.
You will need to give support to our product with remote connection tools.
experience in Linux Applications.
Experience in the telecommunications industry.
Understanding of complex networks.
Ability to efficiently complete tasks.
Knowledge of Asterisk advantage.
Understanding of VoIP industry advantage.
Preferred skills: Linux, Telecommunication, VoIP, Communication, Network.
Must be: Service-oriented, quick worker, goal motivated and team-player.
