⦁ Proven 2-3 years of experience supporting end users
⦁ Excellent knowledge in windows environments, both server and desktop versions
⦁ PC hardware hands-on experience, including laptops
⦁ Deep knowledge with Active Directory
⦁ Familiarity with IP telephony \ FreePBX
⦁ Experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems
⦁ Working experience managing inventory, both hardware, software and licensing.
⦁ Familiarity with MS licensing
⦁ Familiar with managing Google Apps
⦁ Minimal knowledge and familiarity with virtualization (vSphere, Hyper-V)
⦁ Experience with network equipment : routers, switches and TCP protocol
⦁ Backup environment experience, for both servers and endpoints
⦁ Basic Linux knowledge, specifically with Ubuntu
⦁ Must have high service orientation
Ability to work under pressure, excellent time management skills.
