The ideal candidate will be a passionate, creative and strategic leader with a proven track-record of building brands and communities from scratch.
To be successful in this role, you should find yourself nodding in agreement with the following:
    • Build brand from scratch - You know how to guide with appropriate research and insights. You can start scrappy with channels like PR and social and you don't need a big TV budget or built-out production process in order to successfully reach new and existing customers.
    • You're the keeper of the brand - Work with teams on positioning, right voice, visual look & feel so that emotional resonance comes through. You are a strategic leader who takes a creative approach to community based marketing, while managing and building the brand and your team.
    • Brand Metrics Pro - You can, and want to, engage with leadership and recommend the best metrics to measure brand success. You have experience analyzing data and research and can use that to determine KPI's for your team. You would excel in helping the whole company understand how to build a brand, measure it, and how to define metrics of success.
 
Core Competencies & Responsibilities:
·  Action-oriented with a "roll up your sleeves approach";
·  Experience concepting and developing a new Brand from scratch;
·  Grassroots marketing experience a plus (e.g., brand ambassador programs, influencer marketing, events);
·  Build and develop a multi-channel strategy to drive sustained and growing user acquisition;
·  Responsible for media budget, strategic acquisition partners, media strategy and audience messaging;
·  Provide regular reporting on progress towards key milestones and risks;
·  Continuously evaluate and test new tactics for acquiring new users, such as data analysis, partner management, campaign targeting, bidding, A/B tests and more;
·  Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop and optimize ad creative;
·  Help with development of analytical tools, technology and process to drive efficiency across the Growth Team and company as a whole.
