Core Competencies & Responsibilities:
· Action-oriented with a "roll up your sleeves approach";
· Experience concepting and developing a new Brand from scratch;
· Grassroots marketing experience a plus (e.g., brand ambassador programs, influencer marketing, events);
· Build and develop a multi-channel strategy to drive sustained and growing user acquisition;
· Responsible for media budget, strategic acquisition partners, media strategy and audience messaging;
· Provide regular reporting on progress towards key milestones and risks;
· Continuously evaluate and test new tactics for acquiring new users, such as data analysis, partner management, campaign targeting, bidding, A/B tests and more;
· Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop and optimize ad creative;
· Help with development of analytical tools, technology and process to drive efficiency across the Growth Team and company as a whole.
