Head of Commercial Analytics

REQUIREMENTS:
• A bachelor degree in the fields of Management, Business administration, Economics, research or analytics. A masters degree in any related business field will be beneficial.
• At least 7 years of cumulative experience in roles which required significant commercial acumen and the use of advanced analytics to drive best in class decision making across the end to end business value chain. Previous experience as a management consultant will be beneficial
• At least 3 years’ experience leading multiple direct reports, processes and projects in complex environments
• Great interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work independently to lead people in achieving their targets
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting
• Familiarity with the hospitality and/or beer industry is an advantage
• Willingness to travel 20-25%
