Group manager

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience as team leader/group leader of software development teams (over 6 people). Hands-on management is a must.
• 5+ years of experience owning product developments, prioritizing software delivery tasks, evaluate implementations and review processes.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and managing technical teams.
• 2+ years of experience in development of embedded software / Linux internals or similar
• A team player, highly motivated and a fast learner
• Able to multi-task and assume ownership of goals and products

Advantages:
• Experience in high quality development processes (CMMI, ASPICE etc.)
• Experience with project/task management toolchains (MS Project, JIRA)
• Experience in development of cyber security products
• Good presentation skills
• Availability to travel
