In this role, you will lead how employees grow, develop, lead, and adapt to excel in a rapidly changing environment.
You will be responsible for leading a range of leadership and organizational design programs as well as the talent system by identifying and developing cutting edge practices.
the role will also focus on projects and initiatives on a global scale for other Graphics Industrial businesses.

You will Design, Lead, and implement talent, leadership and organizational development initiatives such as:
Leadership & Talent Development
Responsibility for organizational and Employee Engagement surveys–VIA & Pulse
Create and drive talent strategy & build a strong talent bench
Performance Management, High Potential Talent Development & Succession planning
Lead Talent assessment & initiatives and identifying and building talent pools
Partner with Talent Acquisition/HR partners to build both internal and external talent pools globally.
Develop and help business create and implement effective change management strategies and plan to ensure successful and lasting change. Serve as a trusted advisor for OD programs and change initiatives.
Monitor and continually improve the effectiveness of existing OD programs to ensure overall impact and value
This is an individual contributor “Master: role while has significant organizational influence
Qualifications:
At least 10 years overall HR Experience: ideally in combination of HRBP and Talent management role.
Experience in HR /OD Consulting firm coupled with Hi-Tech company experience.
Education in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field.
Able to provide thought leadership as theory as well as bring great ideas into practice.
Proven experience leading global development programs for leaders.
Proven experience leading global organizational processes, e.g. Performance Management, Engagement Surveys.
