Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
Manage candidates in the process and provide them with a standout talent experience.
Create, manage, and improve recruiting processes.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience as a global recruiter in high-tech companies.
Knowledge in global labor law.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
Experience in conducting in-depth global interviews on a remote basis.
Experience in managing an End to End process.
Experience in developing, constructing, and using various sourcing tools and developing candidates’ pipelines.
Experience in recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Support positions – an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- experience with Comeet – an advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluent English ( mother tongue- big advantage).
