Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Partner who can lead recruitment processes abroad (mainly Europe and US).
The position includes managing the full recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Perform sourcing to fill open positions
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with GBS business leaders, executives, managers, Internal HR departments, recruitment agencies, and other team members
Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Lead and coordinate all recruitment process communications with candidates. Organizing, leading and documenting post-interview debrief/feedback and communicate with interview teams and candidates
Extending offers of employment to selected candidates in accordance with the guidelines of company’s HR and the compensation policies
Building and maintaining candidate pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as organizational planning and business needs instruct
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
At least 5 years of experience in global recruiting (mainly Europe and US)
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding, understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Experience in recruiting through social networks and familiarly with local job boards
Demonstrated ability to create recruiting strategy for regional locations
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills required
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Fluent English (mother tongue – big advantages)
Awareness and knowledge of cultural differences
