We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead recruitment processes abroad.
The position includes managing the full recruitment cycle and responsibilities such as:
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
Strong sourcing skills and experience
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with GBS business leaders, executives, managers, Internal HR departments, recruitment agencies, and other team members
Ensuring a positive candidate experience
Lead and coordinate all recruitment process communications with candidates. Organizing, leading and documenting post-interview debrief/feedback and communicate with interview teams and candidates
Building and maintaining candidate pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as organizational planning and business needs instruct
