Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead recruitment processes abroad.
The position includes managing the full recruitment cycle and responsibilities such as:
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
Strong sourcing skills and experience
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with GBS business leaders, executives, managers, Internal HR departments, recruitment agencies, and other team members
Ensuring a positive candidate experience
Lead and coordinate all recruitment process communications with candidates. Organizing, leading and documenting post-interview debrief/feedback and communicate with interview teams and candidates
Building and maintaining candidate pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as organizational planning and business needs instruct
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a global recruiter
Experience in recruiting senior executive positions globally
Demonstrated ability to create a recruiting strategy for various regions according to the local market
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding, understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Experience with conducting in-depth global interviews on a remote basis
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
Experience in recruiting through social networks and familiarly with local job boards
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Fluent English (mother tongue – big advantage)
