Global Talent Acquisition

As a global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment: from the initial stages of profile definition, through sourcing and managing candidate pipelines, until the final stages, job offers, and onboarding.

· Conduct face to face interviews - provide feedback regarding personality/culture fit with the company
· Work closely with the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
· Ensure recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes are aligned with business needs

What will you bring to the team?
· Previous experience in a similar role within a global company
· At least 4 years of experience conducting face to face interviews
· At least 4 years of experience recruiting for tech positions - utilizing creative methods in the process
· Familiarity with sourcing through social networks
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· English - Native or bilingual proficiency
