Responsibilities:
Attracting candidates from top talent pools & social networks.
Understanding the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify, recruit and hire the best talents.
Reviewing and screening CV’s, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and updating our hiring process status daily.
Manage job postings on both internal and external channels.
Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech companies – a MUST.
Experience of talent sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms in different countries.
Clear understanding of technical terms and roles.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces.
Self-starter, independent, results oriented and attentive to details.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Native-like written and spoken English proficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
