The brand is a leading VC backed food-tech company, based in Israel, and we are recruiting a Global Marketing Manager to develop and execute a best in class launch strategy for our unique sugar brand that will drive awareness and trial among food companies and consumers.  Objectives of this Role & Responsibilities
   Develop a strategy that communicates the unique value proposition of our product and drives consumers and customers demand, supporting our sales and business objectives.  Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan to launch our sugar reduction solution, initially in Europe and U.S., and to bring to life our new and first-of-a-kind brand.  Develop and execute best-in-class marketing content (online & offline) to drive brand awareness & product trial:     Initiate events to allow consumers to interact and sample our products.    Create compelling, engaging and viral content that drives product understanding through influencers, videos, press, etc.   Manage the company’s digital presence: website, social media, blogs, etc.   Generate impactful PR stories & events with a broad reach.     Build collaborations with key external stakeholders that will support and amplify our health and wellness vision.  Lead effectively and efficiently agency partners to develop & execute impactful marketing campaigns.   Track key market trends, consumer behaviors and competitive marketing activities in target markets and dynamically adjust our marketing plan accordingly.     
 
 Requirements:
 Min. 5 years’ experience in B2C marketing management in the U.S., with understanding of B2B marketing.   Experience with developing and executing best in class grass-roots & guerilla marketing campaigns for CPG brands.   
Experience in developing & executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
Solid understanding of marketing strategy and execution, including brand positioning, communication and launching new brands and products.
 Experience in the Food and Beverage industry - preferred.  
BA/MBA degree in business and marketing.  
Strong project management experience and ability to get things done, while effectively partnering with external & internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
The role is based in Israel, with a readiness for frequent travel.
