‖Purchasing (Sourcing, Negotiations, Coordination’s of Supply etc.).
‖Real Estate management – Sourcing, contact with Agents/law firms creating Real ‖Estate long term strategic.
‖Manage Safety plan.
‖Manage Contracts – Rental, insurances, vendors, Cleaning company.
‖Creating Facility SLA’s- A/C, Fire sprinklers, smoke detecting system, access control, Electricity, Plumbing, water, Radiation, Fire extinguisher, Carpets, Cleaning
