We are looking for an experience Global Planner to join the Global Operation Group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
•Lead the translation of the systems AOP and inventory targets to a formal Demand Plan that is communicated to the Plants
•Work with the plants supply chain managers to ensure product availability and establishing optimized service levels
•Work with sourcing, manufacturing and local production plants to implement best in class supply process using lean methodology and pull mechanisms in the production floors
•Set the regions replenishment policy
•Monitor WW systems inventory to fit the required flexibility
•Gather WW demand and place it as a forecast in the ERP systems
•Control plan Vs actual in the plants
•Control forecast accuracy WW for systems
•Support of global product launches
•Lead the global S&OP process
Essential Education, Skills and Experience:
•BSc or BA degree in industrial management, minimum of 5 years of experience in a planner role within multidisciplinary manufacturing environment
•Proven track record of delivering manufacturing plans/schedules and forecasting, and demonstrated evidence of analytical, planning, and execution capabilities
•Well experienced in materials planning within multinational organization, running MPS and MRP to execution
•Experienced in forecasting methods in a very dynamic environment
•Effective ability to communicate on a global basis using clear and concise oral and written communication skills, with a proficiency of MS Office applications.
•Experience developing and implementing KPI’s to track goals.
•Strong understanding of the manufacturing processes
•Ability to engage employees from other regions to ensure successful performances
