The Marketing manager will be a part of the CRM team, the job includes providing a full cycle of the marketing platform (planning, executing and following up on customer retention campaigns), whether it’s online marketing or live marketing. In order to do so, it is important to be the POC in all marketing promotions’ events, and to ensure a good communication flow with the rest of the CRM team.
A good knowledge of the business’s main KPIs is required, as well as promotions’ performance. Also to be responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution

• German mother tongue is a must
• At least 3 years’ experience in the online industry
• Proven experience with consumer marketing
• extensive and detailed understanding of customer data management, customer insight/research, CRM, VIP/cherished customer marketing and analytics, business intelligence
• Experience of working with multi-channel, multi-platform brand(s) preferred
• Proven analytical capability
• Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
