Full Stack Tech Lead

Qualifications:

Develop web applications, completing to an end-to-end solution when required.
Design and build various applications on React in an agile methodology
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and quality
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to create innovative user interfaces and features
Identify and remove any impediment
Perform as the team’s scrum master and tech lead

3+ years programming experience as a full stack developer
Experience and knowledge in JavaScript and JavaScript libraries as well as web technologies, such as React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
Experience in state management (Redux, MobX) - advantage
Experience with building tools & task runners (webpack, npm, grunt) - advantage
Proven experience in developing end to end solutions including client and server development
Experience and knowledge in DB's - SQL and NoSQL
Java knowledge - big advantage
Experience designing and developing client-side applications
Experience in responsive design-oriented development - advantage
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment - advantage
Well versed in software engineering principles and practices - Agile development
Knowledge of cross-platform/browser compliance and performance optimization – advantage
Familiarity with web and REST APIs
Experienced scrum master - advantage
Relevant academic degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
