Full Stack Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Managing the development team, in charge of mentoring, training and assisting the team in all code related issues.
Responsible for the quality of the team’s output.Including coding standards, integrity of builds and the quality of designs.
Managing incidents and downtimes help desk,giving the users full service.
Leading the team work process.Providing estimations ,managing capacity and improving the team’s velocity.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years leading a development team
Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET
Experience in working with databases -MSSQL – (building complex sql queries)
Advantages:

Experience years in ASP.NET
Production debugging experience
Python
Familiarity with event processing/CQRS and kafka
